OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

DELIVERY
We aim to despatch your order within a week, provided the product is in stock. If it isn't, we will despatch it as soon as it becomes available (and if we have an email address for you, we'll let you know about the delay). If by any chance it becomes impossible to send it to you, we will let you know straight away.

CANCELLATION
If you have ordered a product and subsequently change your mind about it, you can cancel the order within seven days. If you change your mind after you have received the goods, you must return them within seven days of receiving them.

RETURNS We want you to be happy with your PSAssociates product. Please check your order on receipt to ensure that it is correct. If for any reason the goods are unsuitable or have been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and return them in their original packaging for either a full refund or a replacement.

OUR TERMS OF SALE

1. invoices are issued for payment within 30 days.  If payment is not received by that time, you are required to return the product unused and in its original condition and packaging;
2. if you are sent a copy of a product on approval, and you do not return it within 30 days of receipt, we shall assume that you intend to purchase it and an invoice will be issued for payment as above;
3. payment by direct credit transfer is the preferred method, to the account detailed on the invoice; cheques should be made payable to ‘PS Associates ’;
4. the product is intended for use by the purchaser only.  It is not intended for use by trainers as part of a training programme.  For use in these circumstances, licences are available: contact Utility Films for details of terms;
5. all products are copyright PSAssociates (and Utility Films, where appropriate).  They therefore may not be copied, either in part or in full, without prior authorisation.
